How to Apply

  • Step 1 : Visit the Portal Open your browser and go to the official Rajasthan SSO Portal or navigate through the official RSSB Website.
  • Step 2 : Account Login Log in using your existing SSO ID and password, or create a new account by clicking "Registration" if you are a first-time user.
  • Step 3 : One-Time Registration (OTR) Navigate to the "Recruitment Portal" inside your dashboard and complete your One-Time Registration by entering your basic identity data if you haven't done so previously.
  • Step 4 : Select Recruitment Search for the "Clerk Grade-II / Junior Assistant Joint Direct Recruitment 2026 (Advt No. 04/2026)" link and click on "Apply Now".
  • Step 5 : Fill Details Enter all mandatory personal, educational, communication, and category details carefully in the online application form fields.
  • Step 6 : Upload Documents Upload your recently taken passport-size photograph and scanned signature according to the specifications and formats requested.
  • Step 7 : Pay Application Fee Process your OTR fee (₹600 for General/OBC Creamy, ₹400 for Reserved categories) through Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card if not paid previously.
  • Step 8 : Final Submission Re-check all details in the preview window, check the declaration box, and click the final "Submit" button to generate your application number.
  • Step 9 : Save Confirmation Download and print out a hard copy of your completed application form along with the successful fee payment receipt for future reference.

Selection Process

  • Stage 1 : CET Senior Secondary Qualification – Candidates must first qualify the Rajasthan Common Eligibility Test (Senior Secondary Level) to be eligible to apply for the 10,644 vacancies.

  • Stage 2 : Offline Written Examination – Shortlisted applicants must clear an OMR-based written test consisting of Phase-I (GK, Science, and Mathematics) and Phase-II (General Hindi and English) to test core subject knowledge.

  • Stage 3 : Computer Proficiency & Typing Test – Successful candidates from the written exam undergo a mandatory typing test in both Hindi and English to evaluate their speed and accuracy.

  • Stage 4 : Document Verification (DV) – Candidates who clear the skill tests are called to verify their original educational certificates, computer application diplomas (like RSCIT), and category reservation proofs.

  • Stage 5 : Final Merit List & Appointment – The board publishes a final merit list based on the consolidated marks scored in the written examination and successful criteria completion, leading to administrative department allocation.
