Viva Voce is the next part of the selection process, where a group of members from the board will interview the candidate to test his/ her intellectual and judgemental qualities. If the candidate manages to pass both tests, they get recruited.
UPSC IES/ISS Exam Pattern
The UPSC IES/ISS Exam is divided into two sections. The candidate must show up for a written exam of several papers administered by the Union Public Service Commission throughout India for the first part. The personal interview, often known as the Viva Voce, is the second component of the examination. The individual will be qualified if they pass both exams.

UPSC IES/ISS Eligibility Criteria
Before submitting an application for any recruitment, all applicants are urged to thoroughly review the eligibility requirements. For positions in the Indian Statistical Services and Indian Economic Services, all males, females, and transgender people are eligible to apply.
UPSC IES/ISS Age Limit
Candidates should be between the ages of 21 and 30 if they are looking for positions with the Indian Economic Services and Indian Statistical Services. Candidates from SC/ST will receive a five-year age reduction, while candidates from OBC will receive a three-year reduction. Candidates who meet the criterion for disability receive a ten-year age reduction.

UPSC IES/ISS Admit Card
A week or two before the examination and roughly one month after the application deadline, the admit cards are often made available. A copy of the candidates’ admit cards must be brought to the testing locations. Below is a complete process for downloading the admission card.
Step 1: The candidate must go to the Union Public Service Commission’s official website.
Step 2: After selecting the “download admit card” link, the candidate must provide their login information.
Step 3: The applicant can download their admit cards after logging in.
The candidates are also recommended to bring a duplicate of it to the examination venues so they have it for future reference.
UPSC IES/ISS Results
Usually, a few days after the exams, the results for the Indian Economic Services and the Indian Statistical Services are announced. On the Union Public Service Commission’s official website, candidates can view their results. A pdf of the IES ISS results will be made available.
