- Relaxation in Upper Age Limit for Employees Already Working in Specific Corporations/Nigams
- Candidates already working as regular employees in U.P. State Construction & Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. or U.P. Rajkiya Nirman Nigam Ltd. are granted an upper age limit relaxation of 5 Years. Employees already working in the U.P. State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC) also receive a 5-Year relaxation in the upper age limit.

- Regular employees serving under the State Government are eligible for a 5-Year relaxation in the maximum age limit, as per U.P. Government Personnel Department rules (Dated August 27, 2013).

- Relaxation in Upper Age Limit for Other Categories (DFF, Ex-Servicemen, Divyangjan)
- Upper age relaxations are applicable in accordance with prevailing U.X. Government rules and relevant reservation acts (such as the 1993 Act for Ex-Servicemen and Dependents of Freedom Fighters).
