Educational Qualification & Experience

1. Assistant (Advt. No. NT/C&D/25)

• Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 50% marks.

• Experience : 5 years of experience as a Clerk or Clerk-Cum-Data Entry Operator in any recognized University, Higher Education Institution, Examination Body, National-level Research Institution, Govt. Office, PSU, or Autonomous Body.

• Other Requirements : Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric or Higher Level. Proficiency in using computers and internet is desirable.

2. Steno-typist (Hindi & English) (Advt. No. NT/C&D/26)

• For English :

  • Graduation from a recognized university.

  • English shorthand speed of 80 w.p.m. and transcription of 20 w.p.m. (8% mistakes permissible) with a word processing speed of 8,000 keys/hour or more.

• For Hindi :

  • Graduation from a recognized university.

  • Hindi shorthand speed of 64 w.p.m. and transcription speed of 11 w.p.m. (mistakes should not exceed 8%) with a word processing speed of 8,000 keys/hour or more.

• Other Requirements : Ability to work efficiently on a computer with internet, and knowledge of English & Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric or Higher Level.

3. Hostel Attendant (Male & Female) (Advt. No. NT/C&D/27)

• Educational Qualification : 10+2 Pass from any recognized Board.

• Experience : 2 years of experience in a Hostel, Canteen, Hotel, Guest House, etc.

• Other Requirements : Knowledge of English & Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric or Higher Level.

4. Sanitary Officer (Advt. No. NT/C&D/28)

• Option A : B.Sc. with 50% marks in Chemistry or B. Pharmacy with 50% marks plus a one-year Diploma course in Health/Sanitary Inspector with 5 years of experience in a government or public undertaking.

• OR Option B : One-year National Trade Certificate (NTC) in Health Sanitary Inspector awarded by NCVT (Ministry of Labour & Employment, Govt. of India) or an institution recognized by the State Government with 8 years of experience in a government or public undertaking.

• Other Requirements : Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric or Higher Level.

5. Plumber (Advt. No. NT/C&D/29)

• Educational Qualification : Matric pass from a recognized Board with an ITI Certificate in the trade of Plumber.

• Experience : 2 years of experience in plumbing.

• Other Requirements : Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric level.

6. Restorer (Advt. No. NT/C&D/30)

• Educational Qualification : Matric pass from any recognized board/institute.

• Experience : 5 years of experience as a Peon in the record room / restoration of records/files in a State Govt., Semi-Govt. Department, University, or Affiliated college.

• Other Requirements : Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric or Higher Level.

7. Carpenter (Advt. No. NT/C&D/31)

• Educational Qualification : Matric pass with an ITI Certificate in the trade of Carpenter.

• Experience : 2 years of experience in the relevant field.

• Other Requirements : Knowledge of English & Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric or Higher Level.

How to Apply?

• 1. Check Eligibility : Ensure you meet the essential qualifications, experience, and age limit (18 to 42 years as of the last date) specified for the post.

• 2. Download Form : Obtain and print the prescribed offline application form from the university website.

• 3. Pay Application Fee : Pay the required fee offline through the designated payment portal and obtain the payment slip.

• 4. Fill the Form : Neatly fill out all the columns and sheets of the application form either in your own handwriting or typewritten.

• 5. Attach Documents : Attach a self-coloured passport-size photograph, fee payment slip, and self-attested copies of all supporting testimonials and certificates (duly page numbered).

• 6. Sign the Application : Ensure each page of the application form is signed by you, and place your thumb impression where required.

• 7. Selection Process

For Steno-typist (Hindi & English) Posts :

1. Written Test (First Instance) : A written test carrying a maximum of 50 marks will be conducted initially. General category candidates must secure at least 40% marks to qualify.

2. Skill Test (Stenography) : Candidates who qualify the written test will be called for a skill test in stenography, which is of a qualifying nature.

3. Document Verification & Merit : Candidates who qualify both the written and skill tests will undergo document verification and eligibility checks. Final selection is made strictly on the merit of the written test.

For All Other Non-Teaching Posts (Assistant, Hostel Attendant, Sanitary Officer, Plumber, Restorer, Carpenter) :

1. Written Test : A written test carrying 50 marks. General category candidates must secure a minimum of 40% marks, and DSC/OSC/BCA/BCB/PwBD category candidates must secure a minimum of 38% marks to qualify.

2. Skill Test : A skill test carrying 50 marks. Candidates must secure the minimum qualifying percentage (40% for General, 38% for reserved categories) in the skill test as well.

3. Merit & Selection : Selection is made based on the combined merit of both the written and skill tests.

4. Document Verification : Shortlisted candidates must produce all original documents for verification at the time of interview/scrutiny.
