Post A : Executive (Civil) - 02 Vacancies

• Educational Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (full-time from a recognized/approved Indian university/institution).

• Experience Requirement : Minimum 01 year of post-qualification executive experience in site execution, construction supervision, quality assurance/quality control, project monitoring, or related civil engineering activities in industrial, infrastructure, EPC, construction, maintenance, or project environments (or a combination thereof).

Post B : Executive (Electrical) - 02 Vacancies

• Educational Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (full-time from a recognized/approved Indian university/institution).

• Experience Requirement : Minimum 01 year of post-qualification executive experience in installation, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems, including HT/LT equipment, transformers, DG Sets, switchgear, cabling, utilities, quality assurance/quality control, and project monitoring or related electrical engineering activities in industrial, infrastructure, EPC, construction, maintenance, or project environments (or a combination thereof).

Post C : Executive (Mechanical) - 02 Vacancies

• Educational Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (full-time from a recognized/approved Indian university/institution).

• Experience Requirement : Minimum 01 year of post-qualification executive experience in site execution, supervision, project monitoring, quality assurance/quality control, maintenance, installation, commissioning, or related mechanical engineering activities in industrial, infrastructure, EPC, construction, maintenance, or project environments (or a combination thereof).

• 2. Review the Advertisement : Read through the full text of the advertisement and ensure you fulfill all eligibility criteria before applying.

• 3. Register and Fill Out the Form : Fill in all required particulars correctly in the online application form and select your respective category.

• 4. Pay the Application Fee (If Applicable) : Pay the non-refundable fee of Rs. 500/- (General/EWS/OBC) either online via Net Banking/Debit/Credit Card or offline via SBI pay-in-slip (Account No. 30987919993, CAG branch New Delhi, Code: 09996), noting down the unique Journal Number and Branch Code; SC/ST/PwBD/XSM and female candidates are exempt.

• 5. Upload Required Documents : Scan and upload all mandatory documents including Class X certificate, PAN card, Aadhar card, B.E./B.Tech degree, consolidated marksheets, category/disability certificates (in prescribed central formats for FY 2026-27), and chronological experience documents with pay slips and Form-16.

• 6. Submit and Save Application Slip : Submit the online application and download/retain the system-generated application slip containing your unique application number for future reference (no hard copies need to be sent by post).

Selection Process

• 1. Application Screening & Shortlisting : Depending on the requirement, the management reserves the right to conduct a multi-stage selection process which may comprise application shortlisting and screening based on qualifications, percentage of marks, and the number of years of required post-qualification experience.

• 2. Selection Modalities : Shortlisted candidates may be required to undergo a selection process that can include a written/computer-based test, a personal interview, or a combination of these methods (as determined by management).

• 3. Raising Eligibility Standards : Management also reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility standards/criteria depending on the number of applicants and organizational requirements.

• 4. Medical Examination : Before final joining, provisionally selected candidates must undergo a medical examination by the NTPC Medical Board/Officer, whose decision is final and binding (no relaxation in prescribed health standards is allowed).
