• Step 3 : Fill Out the Form : Accurately complete the application form with your personal details, educational qualifications, and work experience.

• Step 4 : Attach Supporting Documents : Enclose self-attested copies of necessary documents supporting your date of birth, educational qualifications, work experience, and category/caste certificate.

• Step 5 : Superscribe the Envelope : Place your application and documents inside an envelope and clearly write "Application for the post of LDC" on the top.

• Step 6 : Mail the Application : Send the completed application package via post to The Director (A&F), NCHMCT, A-34, Sector 62, Noida 201 309 so that it reaches before the closing date of 30 November, 2026.

Selection Process

• Stage 1 : Application Screening – The authorities review all received offline applications to shortlist eligible candidates based on age, educational qualifications, experience, and proper documentation.

• Stage 2 : Written Test – Shortlisted candidates are called for a written examination consisting of :

  • Objective Section (100 MCQs) : Covering Numeric Aptitude (25 questions), General English (25 questions), General Knowledge (25 questions), and Clerical Aptitude (25 questions).

  • Descriptive Section : Drafting of letter/notice/note (carrying 30 marks).

• Stage 3 : Typing Skill Test (Computer Proficiency Test) – Conducted exclusively for candidates who qualify through the written test to check computer proficiency and a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.

• Stage 4 : Document Verification & Medical Examination – Final verification of original certificates, testimonials, and standard medical fitness checks for candidates clearing the skill test.
