Essential Qualification :

• (1) Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Technology in Computer Science and Technology/ Information Technology from any recognized University or Institute. OR
• Master's Degree in Computer Science/ Technology/MCA from any recognized University/Institute.
• (2) At least 02 years experience in relevant field in University/Research establishment/ Central/ State Govt./PSU and other autonomous bodies or Private organization of repute with annual turnover of at least Rs. 200/- Crores or more.

How to Apply?

• Online Application Portal : Submit online applications exclusively through the Samarth Portal at [https://cuhnt.samarth.edu.in/index.php/site/login](https://cuhnt.samarth.edu.in/index.php/site/login).

• Application Deadline : Complete and submit the online application on or before November 27, 2026, up to 05:00 PM.

• Separate Applications : Submit a separate application form for each post if applying for multiple positions.

• Document Uploads: Enclose self-attested copies of required caste, class, or medical disability certificates from the competent authority in the prescribed Government of India format.

• Application Fee Payment : Pay the application fee of Rs. 500/- for General, OBC, and EWS categories, while Women, SC, ST, and PWD candidates are exempt (Nil fee).

• In-Service Candidates : Submit the application through the proper channel along with a vigilance clearance certificate, or send an advance copy and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) and vigilance certificate during the test or interview.

Selection Process

• Online Application Screening : Applications submitted through the Samarth portal are evaluated by a Screening Committee based on prescribed qualifications, experience, and eligibility guidelines.

• Written / Skill Test Execution : Eligible candidates participate in the written test, skill test, or other designated assessments conducted according to University norms.

• Exemption from Interview : No interview is held for Group 'B' and Group 'C' posts in pursuance of the Ministry of Human Resource Development (now MoE) letter dated December 22, 2015.

• Merit List & Reservation Adjustment : Final selection and merit lists are prepared, where reserved category candidates selected on general standards are treated as own-merit candidates, while those utilizing relaxed standards are adjusted against reserved vacancies.

• Waiting List Panel : The University may draw a panel in the form of a waiting list valid for up to six months (or one year under specific resignation/death conditions) to fill vacancies if a higher-merit candidate fails to join.

• Document Verification & Medical Examination : Selected candidates must verify original documents, submit required certificates, and provide a medical fitness certificate from a government or CGHS-empanelled hospital before formal joining.
