How to Apply
Visit the Website : Go to the official NTA NTET website: https://exams.nta.nic.in/ntet/. Register : Click on the registration link to generate an application number and password. Fill Application Form : Login to fill out the detailed form (personal details, educational qualifications, exam city selection). Upload Documents : Upload scanned copies of your photograph and signature. Pay Fee : Pay the examination fee (e.g., ₹3000 for specific categories as noted in) through Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI. Submit & Print : Submit the form and download/print the confirmation page for future reference.
Selection Process
Online Registration : Candidates must register on the NTA NTET official website using a valid email and mobile number. Application Form & Documents : Fill out personal/educational details and upload a scanned photograph (10 KB-200 KB) and signature (04 KB – 30 KB). Application Fee Payment : Pay fees (4000 for General, 3500 for OBC/EWS, 3000 for SC/ST/PH) via Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or UPI. Correction Window : A correction window is available (expected April 4–6, 2026) to modify submitted application forms. Admit Card Download : Download the Admit Card for the Computer Based Test (CBT) available prior to the examination. Appear for CBT : Take the 100-question, 120-minute exam covering subject knowledge and teaching aptitude. Qualify and Certification : Secure a minimum of 50% to pass the test and receive the certificate.
