How to Apply

  • Step 1 : Registration : Visit the official website www.pspcl.in, click the "Recruitment" tab, select "Recruitment for the post of Junior Engineer / Electrical in PSPCL against CRA-316/26," and choose "NEW REGISTRATION" to fill in your personal details and verify your email/mobile via OTP.
  • Step 2 : Application Form Submission : Complete the online application form with the required details, upload your scanned photograph and signature (in the specified format/size), and click "SUBMIT" after verifying your information in the preview screen.
  • Step 3 : Fee Payment : After submission, log in to the portal, click the "Pay Fee" button, and pay the non-refundable application fee (plus applicable GST) via the SBI Payment Gateway using Internet Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card.
  • Step 4 : Print Application Form : Once the fee is successfully paid and updated in the system, log in as a "REGISTERED CANDIDATE" to download and print your final application form for your records.

Selection Process

  • Online Application : Candidates must register and submit their applications online via the official PSPCL website.

  • Application Fee : Applicants are required to deposit the non-refundable application fee online to complete the submission process.

  • Online Test : Candidates will appear for a computer-based online examination consisting of 100 objective-type questions.

  • Normalization : If the examination is conducted in multiple shifts, normalization will be applied to the marks to account for variations in difficulty levels.

  • Merit List : A category-wise merit list will be prepared based on the marks secured in the online test (after normalization, if applicable).

  • Document Checking : Qualified candidates will be called for document verification to confirm eligibility regarding age, qualifications, and reservation criteria.

  • Selection Panel : Candidates who successfully complete document checking and meet all eligibility requirements will be placed on the selection panel.
