Educational Qualification

Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Central Government including Integrated Dual Degree (IDD). Candidates possessing qualifications such as Medical, Engineering, Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant would also be eligible.

Note : The date of passing eligibility examination will be the date appearing on the mark sheet or provisional certificate issued by the University / Institute. In case the result of a particular examination is posted on the website of the University/ Institute, a certificate issued by the appropriate authority of the University / Institute indicating the date on which the result was posted on the website will be taken as the date of passing.

• Visit Official Portal : Navigate to the SBI Careers website at https://sbi.bank.in/web/careers/current-openings.

• Access Application : Locate and click on the advertisement link for "RECRUITMENT OF CIRCLE BASED OFFICERS" (Advertisement No: CRPD/CBO/2025-26/18).

• Register Online : Select the option to apply online to generate a provisional registration number and password.

• Fill Application: Complete the online form with your personal, educational, and professional details, ensuring accuracy before submission.

• Upload Documents : Upload the required files—including your photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration—following the specified size and format guidelines.

• Pay Fees : Pay the non-refundable application fee (₹750 for General/EWS/OBC; Nil for SC/ST/PwBD) using a debit card, credit card, or internet banking.

• Final Submission : Review all details carefully and submit the application, then print the system-generated application form and e-receipt for your records.

Selection Process

• Online Examination : Candidates must complete an objective test (120 marks) and a descriptive test (50 marks) covering English language, banking knowledge, general awareness/economy, and computer aptitude.

• Screening : A committee will review the applications and documents of those who qualified the online exam to ensure they meet the mandatory experience requirements and that their job profiles match the bank's criteria.

• Interview : Candidates who pass the screening stage are called for an interview, which is worth 50 marks, and must achieve a minimum qualifying score determined by the bank to proceed.

• Local Language Proficiency Test : Provisionally selected candidates must pass a test in the specified local language of the applied circle unless they can provide a 10th or 12th standard mark sheet as evidence of having studied that language.
