Selection Process
Selection Process for Grade 'B' (DR) - General Phase-I Online Examination : A single objective-type paper (General Awareness, English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning). Phase-II Online Examination : Three papers (Economic and Social Issues, English Writing Skills, General Finance and Management) involving both objective and descriptive components. Interview : Candidates are shortlisted based on aggregate marks in Phase-II for a final interview of 75 marks. Selection Process for Grade 'B' (DR) - DEPR & DSIM Cadres Phase-I Examination : Includes objective and descriptive papers (DEPR: Economics and English; DSIM: Statistics). Phase-II Examination : Involves descriptive papers (DEPR: Economics; DSIM: Statistics and English). Interview : Final selection is based on the combined performance in the Online/Written Examinations and the interview (75 marks).
