Selection Process
Written Exam (Main Examination) (50 Marks) : A single-stage, 1-hour exam consisting of 50 objective-type questions in either OMR-based or CBT mode. Technical Qualification (ANM) (10 Marks) : Marks allocated for the 18-month ANM training. Educational Qualification (40 Marks) : Marks based on 10th and 12th-grade marks. Work Experience (50 Marks) : Points for contractual work experience in government hospitals in Jharkhand (5 marks per year, max 50). Document Verification (DV) : Final verification of certificates and registration with the Jharkhand State Nursing Council.
