Selection Process
Written Test : Consists of 125 objective-type questions carrying one mark each for a duration of 2.5 hours with no negative marking. Document Scrutiny : Involves the verification of submitted documents by RITES Limited based on written test results and the number of vacancies. Interview : Candidates are called in a 1:6 ratio to the vacancies, carrying a 40% weightage evaluated on technical/professional proficiency and personality/communication. Medical Examination : Final appointment is subject to candidates being found medically fit according to RITES rules and standards.
