How to Apply?
Visit Website : Candidates are required to apply online through the official website www.apssb.nic.in. Review Notice: Go through the recruitment notice carefully to ensure fulfillment of all eligibility conditions like age, educational qualifications, experience, and category before applying. Upload Documents : Attach and upload scanned copies of your signature on white paper with a black ink pen (10-50 kb in jpg/jpeg/png format) and a latest/recent passport size photograph (50-100 kb in jpg/jpeg/png format). Submit Preferences : Clearly indicate your order of preference for posts and departments/offices as required in the online application form. Pay Examination Fees : Pay the non-refundable examination fee online of 150 for APST candidates and 200 for unreserved candidates, noting that Persons with Disabilities (PwD) are exempted.
Selection Process
Written Examination (Stage-I) : All eligible candidates must appear for an objective-type multiple-choice examination carrying 200 marks across subjects like General Awareness, General Intelligence & Reasoning Ability, Arithmetical & Numerical Ability, and English Language and Comprehension. Skill Test (Stage-II) : Candidates applying for specific post codes (such as Data Entry Operator, Junior Secretariat Assistant, and Lower Division Clerk) who qualify Stage-I must undergo a qualifying skill test. Document Verification : Shortlisted candidates are required to submit and verify original copies of all necessary certificates, mark sheets, and testimonials as per the requirements of the board and respective departments.
