How to Apply?
Step 1 : Download & Fill Application Form - Obtain the prescribed application form from the official website and neatly type all required details on an A4-size paper. Step 2 : Affix Photograph & Signature - Paste a recent self-attested passport-size color photograph in the designated space and sign the application form. Step 3 : Pay Application Fee - Draw a non-refundable Demand Draft (DD) of ₹500/- in favor of "The Director, CSIR-National Aerospace Laboratories" payable at Bengaluru (exempted for SC, ST, PwBD, ESM, and Women candidates) and write your full name and father's name on the back. Step 4 : Attach Supporting Documents - Enclose self-attested copies of your SSLC/Matriculation certificate (as proof of date of birth), educational mark sheets, caste/category certificates, and valid photo ID proof. Step 5 : Superscribe Envelope - Place the completed application form, DD, and all enclosures inside an envelope and clearly superscribe it with "Application for the Post of MTS, Advt. No.11/2026". Selection Process
Screening of Applications : Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria are initially shortlisted by a Screening-cum-Selection Committee based on the documents and information furnished in their physical applications. Competitive Written Examination : Shortlisted candidates are called for an OMR-based objective-type multiple-choice written examination consisting of a single paper conducted exclusively in Bengaluru. Merit List Preparation : A merit list is prepared strictly based on the performance and total marks secured by candidates in the competitive written examination. Document Verification : Final selected candidates must undergo a thorough verification of their original certificates and educational documents to validate their eligibility and essential qualifications.
