Educational Qualification
Assistant / UDC (Post Nos. 1, 3, 5) : BA / B.Sc / B.Com / BBA / BCA or equivalent from a recognised university with minimum 60% marks or CGPA 6.32 on a 10-point scale, completed within the minimum stipulated duration of the course. Proficiency in computers is mandatory. Junior Personal Assistant / Stenographer (Post Nos. 2, 4, 6) : Graduation with 60% / CGPA 6.32 OR Diploma in Commercial / Secretarial Practice with 60% / CGPA 6.32 + one year experience as Steno-Typist / Stenographer + English stenography speed of 60 wpm + computer proficiency. Diploma holders with BOAT apprenticeship certificate under the Apprentices Act are treated as having one year of experience. CGPA rules (important) : Where both CGPA and percentage appear, either criterion meeting the norm is accepted. Pure CGPA cannot be converted to percentage for eligibility. Dual/integrated degrees use the graduation-level figure if shown separately.
