Profile Management : Complete and lock your URN profile along with required personal and identification details. Form Submission : Access the post-specific module for Principal or Vice-Principal vacancies, fill out the Common Application Form (CAF), and upload your live photograph and signatures. Document Upload : Upload all necessary supporting documents—such as your 10th-grade certificate, degree mark sheets, category certificates, and experience proofs—separately as PDF files. Fee Payment : Pay the application fee of Rs. 25 (if applicable, noting that female, SC, ST, and PwBD candidates are fully exempted) via debit/credit card, internet banking, or UPI. Final Review and Printout : Verify all entered details carefully, submit the final application before 1800 Hrs on 14-08-2026, and save/print a copy of the submitted confirmation page for future reference.
Selection Process
Application Submission : Candidates must successfully submit their Online Recruitment Applications through the official UPSC online portal by the prescribed closing date. Combined Recruitment Test (CRT) : Applicants undergo a pen-and-paper-based objective test carrying 300 marks to shortlist candidates based on exam performance. Interview / Personality Test : Shortlisted candidates who achieve the minimum level of suitability in the recruitment test are called for a 100-mark interview. Final Merit Determination : Final selection is determined by combining the scores of the Combined Recruitment Test and the Interview in a 75:25 weightage ratio.
