Age Limit
The candidates must not be less than 18 years old and must not be more than 27 years old. The upper age relaxation for the reserved category will be provided as per gov. rules. Age relaxation for different categories of eligible candidates is as under:

ITBP Constable Driver Selection Process 2024
The selection of candidates for Constable Driver posts is based on the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standards Test (PST) followed by a Written Exam, Document Verification and Practical Skill Test (Driving Test), and Medical Examination. The final merit list of candidates will be based on candidates total marks obtained by the candidates in the written examination.
- Phase I – Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standards Test (PST)
- Phase II – Written Exam
- Phase III – Document Verification and Practical Skill Test (Driving Test)
- Phase IV – Medical Examination
Note: The Physical Efficiency Test will not be held for Ex-servicemen. However, Ex-servicemen will be required to qualify for the requisite Physical Standard Test (PST), Written Examination, Practical Test, and Medical Examination.
ITBP Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
The Physical Efficiency Test shall be qualifying in nature. Candidates have to qualify for each event of
PET to qualify for the exam. The written examination carrying 100 Marks will consist of
objective type Multiple Choice Questions.

ITBP Physical Standards (PST)
Candidates who have qualified the PET will be screened for Height, Chest, and Weight measurements. Those who do not meet the required physical measurement as applicable will be eliminated at this stage.

ITBP Constable Driver Exam Pattern 2024
The ITBP written examination questions asked from the topics of General knowledge, Mathematics, Hindi, English, and Trade-Related Theory Questions. The question papaer consists of 100 objective-type Multiple-choice Choice Questions for a total of 100 marks and a time duration of 02 hours will be provided to complete the exam.

ITBP Constable Driver Salary 2024
Candidates appointed for Constable Driver posts will be offered an attractive monthly salary of Rs. 21700/- to Rs. 69100/- as per the 7th CPC. Along with a monthly stipend, candidates will be provided various perks and allowances like Dearness Allowance, Ration Money Allowance, Special Compensatory Allowance (while posted in specified border areas), free accommodation or HRA, Transport Allowance, Leave Travel Concession, and Free Medical Facilities and any other allowance as admissible in the Force.
