BOB Apprentice Recruitment 2026 - Eligibility Criteria

CriteriaDetails
Registration RequirementCandidates must be registered on NAPS portal (https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in) and/or NATS portal (https://nats.education.gov.in) before applying.
Educational QualificationGraduation Degree in any Discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualifications recognized by the Central Government. For NATS candidates: date of passing Graduation should not be more than 4 years preceding 01-05-2026.
Prior ApprenticeshipCandidate should NOT have undergone Apprenticeship with Bank of Baroda or any other Establishment in the past, and should not currently be pursuing Apprenticeship Training with any Establishment.
Training / Job ExperienceCandidates who had training or job experience for a period of 1 year or more after completing  educational qualification shall NOT be eligible.
State/UT ApplicationCandidates can apply for engagement as apprentice in one State/UT only and must select up to 3 preferred training locations/centres from those notified within that State/UT.

There will be NO negative marks for wrong answers. The online examination will be remotely proctored - candidates can appear from any location of their choice using a smart mobile phone / laptop / desktop / tablet with an operational front camera, microphone, and stable Wi-Fi internet connection. SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates get 5% relaxation in minimum qualifying marks on aggregate. Merit list will be drawn State-wise and Category-wise in descending order of aggregate marks. Tie-break: higher age is preferred.

Stage 2 - Document Verification

Candidates qualifying the online examination will be called for Document Verification at a Bank-designated centre of the State/UT applied for, at their own expense. Bank of Baroda will not reimburse travelling expenses for Document Verification.

How to Apply

  • Step 1 : Portal Registration - Navigate to the NATS Student Portal or the NAPS Portal and register as a Candidate to generate your NATS/NAPS Enrolment ID.
  • Step 2 : Find BOB Advertisement - Log into your portal, search for "Bank of Baroda" under the advertised vacancies, and click the "Apply" button.
  • Step 3 : Email Verification - Receive the application link via an official email from BFSI SSC to fill out the final Application cum Examination Form.
  • Step 4 : Form Details - Open the provided link, fill in your personal/academic details, and select up to three preferred training locations in your state.
  • Step 5 : Document Upload - Scan and upload your X and XII marksheets, graduation degree, Aadhaar card, PAN card, and signature.
  • Step 6 : Fee Payment - Pay the application fee online (₹800 for General/OBC/EWS males, ₹600 for females, ₹200 for SC/ST/PwBD) using your card or net banking.
  • Step 7 : Final Submission - Submit the form successfully and download or print the final application for your records.
